FERNOVA, Investment and Development, S.L. is a real estate division of Dynatec, S.A. formed specifically to commercialize and sell properties exclusively in the Dominican Republic near the beaches around the coastal area of the island. Dynatec S.A. (www.dynatec.es) was founded almost 40 years ago, functioning principally as an engineering company and is classified as Gran Empresa (large company) fiscally because of its high level of billing. It is certain, nevertheless, that the company has experience in real estate having designed, built and sold properties in Spain.
The purpose of forming a separate real estate division within Dynatec, was to create the structure, personnel and departments necessary to dedicate a serious effort to further this project with the necessary efficiency. Important members of the company have gone to the Dominican Republic with the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid and continue to go periodically to confirm the progress of the Promotions presently in our web and to investigate the possibility of incorporating new ones in it. |
